If the last challenging few years have shown us anything, it is the power of connecting & disconnecting, whether by our own choice or not.

What is safe, feels unsafe, helpful & unhelpful patterns, resources available to us, quality of our lives and relationships have become more clear.

Such clarity however, can often be confusing and overwhelming, bringing a range of emotions and thoughts which are impacting on our daily lives. 

 

In therapy, speaking to another person can help us get support around those issues we would like more clarity on  or can be struggling with. 

 

Sessions will take place online (in the form of Zoom, Whatsapp) and at evening time, due to limited availability.
